YFC experience

When I was still a high school student i'm planning on joining the YFC but i can't seem to find one. but when I entered college. DLS-CSB is offering a campus base YFC, so I decided to join. My first Event (sectorcon) it was last September 25, 2011 at adamson, it was then called LIMITLESS. at first I was really curious on the things that we are going to do. for it was may first time. I joined the event "show choir" but it was not perfectly as i expected. i think we just played around, the funny thing is CSB won! It was because we are the only one who joined the show choir competition in our sector. out sector was called CENTRAL C. after the competitions we started to listen to some speakers and started to worship GOD. I felt very good after the worship because I realized that being a YFC member is a great thing.

After our sectorcon next is METROCON. the title of which was LIKE JESUS. It was held at batangas last October 21-22 2011. where all the participants are from all around metro manila. This experience was great for  I have learned a lot. being with people that you just met can be another stepping stone in life. meeting new people makes us more stronger and be more positive in life. my experience in batangas may be not that fun but it was memorable. I even get to see my friend which i have never saw for the past few years. On our first night i wasn't able to enjoy it. But my friends helped me to stay happy and just ignore what happened and give my time to GOD. When we went to the place where all the girls would sleep me and my friend decided to stay up late and wait for out turn to take a bath. Then morning came, it was our last day. at first we ate breakfast and then we attended mass and we listened to a small talk which really gave me a goosebumps. One thing i learned in this metrocon was, we can never solve our problems on our own or just by asking for a help from our friends. remember GOD is always there and he will never fail you.
